Cancellation & Alteration Policy
Patients are respectfully informed that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation/alteration of appointments or the full fee will be charged. Cancellations/alterations can be made 7 days a week including Sundays and bank holidays
This unfortunate but missed or late altered appointments results in emergency patients being unable to receive emergency treatment
