Phase 1 Relief Care – Osteopathy or Medical Acupuncture
Relief Care is the first step in your recovery. We begin with a thorough history and examination to reach a clear diagnosis. Treatment focuses on reducing pain and restoring movement, supported by simple home advice to aid your recovery.
The number of sessions and how often you’ll need them depends on your condition, your level of pain, and how well you follow our advice. As your symptoms improve, we gradually space treatments further apart. Once you’re around 70% better and stable, you’ll move into Phase 2: Corrective Care — where we address the root causes to help stop the problem from returning.
